On Monday, we will continue on to the next stage of the policy process: implementation. Read Birkland ch. 8, "Policy Implementation and Policy Failure."
okay i got some of the facts wrong in my obama wrong button thing. In fact he only pressed the wrong button six times, but he voted present 129 times. he just said yes i am here and didn't actually cast a vote. -peter
